A recent thread was discussing crinkly diapers and I got to thinking, "I don't recall seeing a poll for this?" So here we go!
I'm going to list diapers with identical models (but different prints) grouped together because they should be the same loudness. Also, plastic-backed seem to get louder when wet, but clothlike seem to be louder when dry, so go with whichever is more crinkly. And thicker diapers tend to be quieter overall, probably due to less flex when you walk, so I'm not including those. I'm only listing the ones I personally have found to be loud. Select "other" if you favor one I missed.
(It's been my experience that plastic backed, low sap, stiff-shelled, wet diapers are the most crinkly)
Pick up to your top three entires.

Of all the plastic-backed sposies I've tried throughout the 2 last decades Linette's Nannys SureCare adult briefs have by far the most loud crinkle ever heard, their plastic is buttery soft and very babyish.

Out of the above options I voted for Cushies.
I had a two tape version on recently and I was surprised just how loud the crinkle was.

I have only tried stuff from ABU but the SDK's did have a good bit of crinkle to them. The kiddos might have a little bit more. I have both bunny Hops and dinoroarz ( dinos being my favorite) and although they are crinkly I don't think they are loud. I wear them under khaki pants and go out in them. They crinkle but for the most part I feel fine that I won't get caught in them.

BetteDry and ID Expert Slip ( PE) can be quite crinkly.
But it also depends do you wear something above them and from what kind of materiel. Sometimes wearing certain clothes make diaper even more crinkly.

Personal Care's private label sposies are ranked 2nd after Nannys Self-Cares in terms of loudness and crinkling rustle.

PeekABUs can be heckin' crinkly. The wetter they get, tho, the less crinkly they are, so that's some motivation

For me, I would say ConfiDry 24/7

I noticed this too. A lot of the ABDL diapers are super crinkly when dry, but they lose that crinkle the wetter they get. This is one of the main reasons I prefer a dry diaper over a wet diaper.

Some medical diapers - such as those I buy from the local grocery stores - do have an extremely loud crinkle in their plastic.

Little Rascals are, by far, the noisiest diapers I have ever worn. Great for solo toddler time…. Not so great of trying to be discreet in public.

Those look very comfortable. They're soft and buttery smooth with the plastic but I bet they don't hold a lot. They're just like the dignity briefs with almost a similar picture on the front.

Nothing comes close to how loud these were.

Hm. I don't know why I haven't noticed that. It's probably because I've been wearing Rearz's
unicorn tails and they're not that crinkly wet or dry. I haven't worn any ABU diapers for quite some time. The last one I wore was a peekabu and I can't remember how crinkly it was, only I wouldn't mind buying more.

The ones I bought from a local grocery store in the mid-to-late 1980s were exceptionally loud in terms of crinkliness.

I wore them and I can honestly say they're exceptionally absorbent. They hold about 70-85% of liquid, getting cozy and thick once they're wet.

yeah of current ones I have tried for sure comfidry 24/7 are the loudest but Rearz come a very close second.
Attends are also louder but I haven't seen the "waistband" plastic style available for many years now.

I've tried a lot of diapers over the years and I would say the clear crinkle winners are Rearz Inspire+ Nighttime Adult Diapers
